you must have a strong background in english and be able to understand instruction well.
we expect your designs will be different each time and to not replicate the same backgrounds and styles for each banner.
this work is ongoing and will lead in to other design work that we have.
You are to provide samples of previous work. and we expect a professional designer should be able to complete a web banner in less then 1 hour.
