I need to create a website for online tutoring and I need an experienced freelancer to help me with this task. I need not only the design of the website but the platform necessary to teach online ( you can give me suggestions about) and the proper advice as I am not literate in computing. Please describe your previous experience, budget and time for completing the job. The selected freelancer has to write a report explaining all the strategies, matherials and methods in order to complete the job; the budget is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
