Following are a list of tasks required by the marketing agents. The full description of the duties will be listed on the agents contract. The training and the marketing material will be given to every agent.
1.) To market products & solutions developed by eBEYONDS under the name of eBEYONDS and bring new businesses in diverse industry sectors and provide after sales services with the help of eBEYONDS achieving its marketing & business objectives.
2.) To secure and respect the business rights of eBEYONDS to do their own marketing and business activities internationally.
3.) Help eBEYONDS to develop and implement mutually agreed marketing plans.
4.) To be responsible for all money receivable from clients to eBEYONDS and get clients to make the payments in time direct to eBEYONDS bank account.
5.) To liaise with the client and provide project support and after sales support.
6.) To discuss and settle amicably any issues that may come up with regard to markets and business over lapping or any dispute.
7.) To respect and protect Intellectual Property rights of eBEYONDS and take all possible measures to protect the business interest of eBEYONDS.
