I am looking for somebody to create a professional skin for PHP auction Software
You must be graphically very strong and have worked with PHP skins in the past. I am hoping that you produce a skin that shows off your exceptional talent.
I will need it to be clean and easy looking on the eyes. After the project is completed I would probably need the same person to do maintenance on the site occasionally.
