We have a cloud desktop website created using PHP. The Layout, Login system, and Folder making and file storage system have been completed
We need a PHP coder to use our existing File storing and making system and make a Spreadsheet/ Excel like software for it.
1) The software should function exactly like Microsoft excel and look simplistic and good like the spread sheet software on google drive.
2)The software should be able to use excel files from the existing folder system, edit them and save them back.
3) The software should also be capable of making new excel files and storing them in the folder system which is made
4)The software should work seamlessly with the desktop environment we have created, i.e without the need to open new tabs.
5)The folder system which is already created has a download function but the file it downloads should be openable in the users copy of Microsoft Office on his computer as well.

9) Also all excel files uploaded to our folder system should automatically open with your software.
11) We will send you our existing coding files which are copyrights protected and expect you to write further code on them and also provide us with a SQL file for database creation. You can edit the current SQL file to make it according to your specifications.
12) Database in use is MySQL
13) After development of the first software for our desktop we also require you to write an API for further software development of this desktop
During development minor changes might me made, these should not cost extra, any major changes will be paid for additionally.
