Manager Customer Service - oDesk

I am a Manager of a Beauty Supply Store. I give customers service support both face to face as well as over the phone and I'm sure I could do it over the internet. I know what works and what doesn't. While always keeping my eyes and ears open for something new that works better. While always carrying with me the knowledge that we are not all made equal. We are each unique individuals. I recommend products and services to meet the customers uniqness, needs, desires and their personality. And we take it from there.
