This statement sets forth the basic tasks and duties of the job, but is not intended to provide a detailed description of all functions that may be required to perform the job satisfactorily.Financial responsibilities include assistance with accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll or other financial related functions as directed by the Executive Director.

Administrative services include primary responsibility for answering and directing incoming calls, assistance with collection, maintenance and regular audit of resident administrative and care files, assorted correspondence or other administrative functions as directed by the Executive Director.Personnel services includes assistance with collection, maintenance and regular audit of personnel files, orientation of new employees, ongoing in-service or other functions as directed by the Executive Director
