We are a software company that owns a download manager, through which we suggest the user other similar software, besides the one he chose to download, that we believe might interest him.
The Survey implies downloading random Products, from various web-sites, with different IPs to simulate country specific behaviors and install on your computer all the offers.
We are looking now, in particular, for freelancers from US and Russia (exclusively).
Survey process in short words:
I. You will receive a list of web-sites or landing pages on which you will do the survey on.
II. Your task is to download a product from the download portal and in the installation process to accept all the offers (install all the suggested products. You might need to have a virtual machine installed to do the test on).
III. Repeat the installation process (go back on the web-site and download the same product as the first time) until the downloader will not suggest any bundles or the bundles tend to repeat themselves.
IV. You will have to take screenshots of every step you make and every presented offer.
V. You will use PowerPoint and Excel to keep track of your work (you will receive an example, to see how to present your work).
Requirements:
- basic knowledge of software terms;
- good English writing skills;
- knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
