Our graphic designer designed a Photoshop PSD design template for an email campaign, however we need to find someone who is skilled in HTML to convert this design so that it works in MailChimp. The finished coded design on MailChimp must be a template so that we can reuse in the future to insert changes in content. We are almost done with the design template, but would like to begin sourcing coders now as we are on a tight deadline (several days from now). The newsletter needs to be sent in two different languages.
