We have set up an Citrix environment, we have one netscaler, two Storefront servers and two controllers, all the latest version of citrix, 7.6 and netscaler 10.5
Our environment is divided into to two different subnets.
One for primary users, where also storefront and controllers are installed.
The second subnet is behind another firewall where traffic is routed to and from.
We can ping, telnet, access fileshares, rdp to and from this two subnets, but we have an problem when trying to logon with citrix to the second subnet.
The netscaler is setup with an IP in the first subnet, and added a static route. From this we can ping all servers in both subnets.
When trying to logon to the second subnet the logon just trying to connect and we never gets to the logon prompt of the windows 2008 server.
The firewall shows that the traffic for port 2598 i accepted.
Since we now are stuck on this hopefully someone can help us, and we need this to be done very fast. Acutally by the end of today (thursday 09.04.2015)
