Web site in WordPress (SQL, PHP functionality) - oDesk

I need to develop functionally for my website - interview set up service (customize buddy press or other plugin)





Web site will include the following features:

- register candidate and company

- edit candidate and company profiles

- create and edit job opennings

- company search candidates in candidates DB by skills and locations and invite them for interview

- candidate review & answer on interview invitations



I have detailed specificution and database schema.
