Video with feedback - oDesk

I would like a video player that has a hidden data out feed to physical movement- maybe 8-10 on/off solenoid control for example



I would like the player to play most formats from 3d oculus rift pc, mac to just a Samsun S4 app.



I would like to record from 3d gopro files most common files eg mp4 and record my data stream feed back along side off it.



example:

I would like to play a water-ski/wakeboard video in my oculus rift (180 deg) with forced feedback to mechanical ski boots/ wakeboard



I can supply off the shelf transmitter to lay data and unit to respond feed back off video



I would like to start off with 2 different types off data and devices (wireless) to select but want to expand data input and output to match many devices later (maybe USB output)



I need someone who can do video player/record programme with data recording. Then a playback only program for the public.



I need someone to identify the signal put out by transmitter to be put into recording, also when playback right signal is resent with video.
