We have designed a product, but the full functionality design will be very complex and expensive, so we want to create a simple prototype utilizing only three of the main functions.
This will basically consist of two PCBs:
PCB#1:
-LiPol controller
-one multi color LED
-one bright white LED
-one multifunction button
PCB#2:
-mUSB input for charging battery
Connected to PCB#1 will be:
-LiPol battery
-Apple lightning adapter
We have the PCB sizes figured out as well as our CAD models (solidworks), and we need the following:
- PCB designs x 2
- BOM, schematics etc
- component sourcing
- PCB assembly (we will assemble about 4-6 of these double PCBs)
The successful candidate must be able to:
- communicate on skype with good english
- be able to open solidworks files (CAD)
- be reasonably available
- be able to order the components
- be able to assemble the components with a reflow
