Job Coordinator - oDesk

3 KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:



Liaising with clients and contractors

Making sure materials/ jobs are ready to go

Day to day running of each business





Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Identifying customer needs with attention to detail and marketing alterations to the client

Approval of alterations and ensure invoicing

General management through all aspects of the project including liaising with the client and the contractor and making the hard calls

Ordering of consumables only

Paperwork and documentation throughout the job and to ACF Accounts during finalisation.

Ensure all paperwork in Installer Job Folder is filled out and signed by contractor and client within appropriate time frames

Manage team leader and also casual installing work crew including providing Team Leader with Daily To Do List and Keeping Maintenance To Do List up to date

Submit ACF progress claims and final completion claims

Submit contractor progress claims

Follow procedures in place

Provide weekly reports to management for Key Performance Indicators
