Your help is needed to interact with 2 different APIs. The major work for the first API is already done, communication works, using direct HTTP requests with JSON encoded message body.
In Matlab the functions "urlread2" + "jsonlab" are used. However, one specific API request does have a documented bug. Please see stackoverflow for moe details on this matter: http://ift.tt/1bEhrAj

There is 1 more bug for this API that you should address (similar). The basis calls are already written. So to sum the work for this API is:
#1 "close position" API request (DELETE method problem)
#2 "open position" API request with optional parameter (optional parameter isn't accepted)
