Appointment Setter and Administration Support - oDesk

Respond to incoming leads from a website by contacting the client and setting up a suitable appointment time.

Data Entry work and diary management

Average number of of incoming leads per week is 20 - 30.

Requires someone who is personable/friendly on the phone. Can qualify leads up front and book in an appointment time. Full script and training is provided.

Some data base management - updating spreadsheets and possibly diary management will be required

Average weekly work is currently 5 hours with potential to increase with the right candidate
