Analyse excel data by comparing to two rule sets and summarise the output from the rule set.
We have 12,000 patient medical data points. We have two different sets of rules which we would like to model the 12,000 patients through and get a summary of how many patients triggered which rules.
This job will be VERY simple for a skilled and experienced person with Excel. I just have the time to do this myself.
This is a two part job - this is the first part. More data will follow later to test the rule sets again.
An example rule set is attached. Only rules 1-23 will be the first part - rules 23-41 will follow later.
