We're a happening tech startup & we've a pool of websites to create from the scratch.. AND that pool is like very big. So its an ongoing job.
In the initial phase we've a test tasks for you & they're are designed to challenge your skill set. So we will monitor your time taken to finish the job & how well you did it. (though we're not always in a hurry)
We value skill, honesty & sincerity. So its very important that you have good work ethics.
Skype availability & good English is an important requirement.
1. We need someone who is very good at PSD to CSS conversion. Most of the time we've pages to design (Home Pages & Sub Pages) that are in PSD.
2. You should also be good at programming. We might need you to create custom features. Like adding a custom form for data entry & then representing that information graphically (graphs, charts) So we will need you to add some dynamic features.
Be the above person & i will personally ensure that you're happy with us. In-terms of creative freedom & monetary arrangements.
