I would like to embed a specific feature into my website for video files and image files.
A user will upload a video file (avi, mpg, mov, etc) and the file will be converted to NX_AVI, which can then be downloaded.
A user will upload an image in jpg format and the file will be converted to NX_JPG, which can then be downloaded.
I would also like to have this function available to work as a mobile app.
If the user just wants to convert files online without storing them then the service will be free to use. But if the user wants to convert files and have them stored in the cloud then there will be a monthly fee for this.
I currently have Windows-based software that can perform the actions listed above (except for cloud storage), but I would prefer to have this functionality available online instead of stand-alone installations. The software requires that all video input files must have an audio channel included, doesn't matter what audio it is.
The NX_AVI & NX_JPG files are transferred to a wearable Video Badge that only plays these 2 types of files because of the way that the on-board processor decodes the files. The Video Badge doesn't have any speakers built in so audio is not necessary in the output files.
