Sales assistant / VA - oDesk

We send out sales material in the post and we are looking for an assistant to monitor the process and send email follow ups.



The process is as follows:



Week 1 - we post material from our offices here in Australia to schools and businesses in Australia



Week 2 - you send an email [template is provided] to follow up, ask if they got the material and if they would like to arrange a phone call or visit from us.



Week 3 - if you haven't heard from them you send a second follow up email



Nothing too difficult but you will need to be organised in that you will need to know where any business is in the process and if they are needing an email (and know which one) or if they are due a phone call.



Additionally you will be required to respond to replies to emails they send and/or refer them back to us.



A weekly report / spreadsheet is required to enable us to know where people are in the process.



The work will be ongoing although it will only be around 5 hours per week. As it is sending emails then the time of day is totally your choice.
