We have a portfolio of websites that we need to promote through email marketing. The Email Marketing Specialist is an important part of our team. Currently we have over 50 ODesk employees and are experiencing positive growth due to our strong results. If you have a great attitude and strong work ethic then you will fit right in with our culture. You will need excellent written communication skills, strong English comprehension, analytical skills and be fast on your keyboard.
The job requires agents to be able to do the following:
Manage multiple email accounts and respond to emails in a timely fashion ensuring that you hit your daily and weekly targets
Use Gmail tagging processes to manage your inbox
You will receive two weeks training to ensure that you are set up for success.
Currently this job is a night shift position which requires you to work from 10pm until 6am Philippine time, 5 days per week. We are currently testing technology which means we may be able to move to day shift in the future.
We have a pay scale that goes from $3-7/hr, depending on the position that you hold. This position is $3.50 before ODesk Fees.
This will be an on-going project, and we would like to create long term relationships. More opportunities for top performers will become available in the future via promotions. Recently we have created several new team leader and unit manager positions which our top performing agents have managed to secure the promotion. There will be more opportunities in the future for the best performers
