Assistant Needed for Social Media, Article Posting, Data Mining, Etc - oDesk

JOB:



Need a quick and efficient VA that is able to work as needed. The tasks will vary from day to day and may include:



• Posting, editing, and formatting articles on wordpress.

• Handling social media including facebook, pinterest, etc.

• Creating google spreadsheets and inputting data

• Researching and Transcribing content

• Hiring and managing other specialists on Odesk.

• Etc.

PAY RATE:



$3/Hour (Including Odesk fees)

COMMUNICATION:



Communications will be handled via skype and email. Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.

SCHEDULE:



You must be available to take work Monday-Friday 9am-8pm PST and occasionally on weekends. Work will be based on available time slots. Throughout the week you will be receiving messages like the following:

“We have a work slot available tomorrow from 2pm – 5pm PST. Please respond as soon as possible to reserve the slot. Slots are available on a first come first serve basis.”

EXPECTATIONS:



• Always works quickly and efficiently

• Able to work with few directions and “figure things out”.

• Personal business while on the clock will result in immediate dismissal.

• Not attending a previously accepted Slot will result in immediate dismissal.
