We utilize Quickbooks Online.
The industry is real estate, specifically property management. Essentially, rent comes in, and rent goes out. Sometimes there are repairs and expenses need to be recorded, but it's minimal.
Secondly, the company has advertising, and business expenses, which need to be accounted for, as all businesses do.
Seeking someone in the US, who is tech savvy, and can easily receive receipts through Google Drive, as opposed to email. Essentially, you take receipts from the unrecorded folder in Google Drive, then move it to the recorded folder in Google Drive when done.
