Hiring a long term presentation designer. - oDesk

I am looking for a designer who can help build slide decks. This requires creative thinking more than design skills alone. Here's the way this would work:

1. Every slide in the slide deck will have just 1 line or 2-3 words

2. I will send out a bulleted list of slides. Each bullet will be the line or words that should go into that slide

3. For every slide, the designer will find a good high quality high resolution picture that denotes the concept of the slide. The pictures should be royalty free or creative commons (in that case, needs attribution)

4. With the text for every slide, I will give words that will reflect the idea that should be there in the picture

5. The designer will create the slide deck using these pictures and the line that I give per slide
