We are looking to outsource the development of a responsive website with parallax scrolling features. The website is already designed (Illustrator/ Photoshop) therefore a web-development talent is needed in order to put everything together and add the functional parts.

-Number of hours required for coding (excluding testing phase)
-Proposed fixed price in case we decide to go this direction
