Scheduler and Personal Assistant to Professional Speaker/Consultant - oDesk

Scheduling meetings, answering email, tracking projects, keeping me on track, calling clients and colleagues on my behalf, virtual errands and whatever else I need to stay productive.



Must be able to work West Coast, USA hours- 9-5

I personally work early in the morning 7am and some hours on weekends.

We will start with "as needed" but if you prove yourself valuable and flexible, I will increase hours to part-time and then full time as you take on a larger workload.



Social media and or WordPress skills a huge plus
