Real Estate Assistant - oDesk

Looking for personal assistant to upcoming real estate professional. Assistance with administrative and scheduling. Canidadate must be familiar with iCloud calendar and Evernote, prefer Mac user as that is what system I run. Ideal candidate can expect to work 5 to 10 hours per week, some weeks less some weeks more.



Duties to include but not limited to:

- scheduling and mapping of showings,

- liaising with staff, clients, vendors, etc.,

- preparing correspondence on the my behalf,

- booking meetings,

- organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,

- updating websites,

- typing documents.



Prior verifiable experience is required. Must be tech-savvy and quick to respond.



Interviews will be scheduled via FaceTime or Skype.
