Hi, I have attached the an insert we are currently using. I need the current copy edited so that in the black space there is the the wording " RETURN YOU KIT ON" and then a white area for someone to write in the date. please return the design in Ai File. Also include PDF file 6 x 9, 6 x 11, and 5x7 sizes print ready.
