Client Coordinator - N2 Publishing - oDesk

The client coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments with local businesses.



Work with a fun, growing company through a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week. A client coordinator contacts local businesses via the telephone to arrange appointments for a local sales representative who would then conduct and in-person appointment.



A qualified candidate must be comfortable making 50-80 outgoing calls per week. Previous phone experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible Schedule. Client coordinators typically work from home between 10-15 hours weekly during regular business hours.



OBJECTIVES:



•10-15 hours minimum for calling between regular business hours

•Setting a minimum of 5-10 weekly appointments for Area Sales Director

•Leads will be provided



Coaching and training will be provided



Hours are flexible but must be conducted during regular business hours (8am-5pm Monday-Friday). Pay is hourly and ranges between $10 and $15 per hour. Pay and advancement opportunities are available.

•Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Google Calendar
