I need someone who is good with excel/spreadsheets who can figure out how to match values from datasets. Most of the values are the same, so it shouldn't be too difficult. But, there are a few key challenges.
Specifically, I have a google spreadsheet of 70K rows, each row being a geographic region of the US. I want to match these regions with a separate public dataset of Congressional districts. Most of the public dataset is matched to the very same geographic regions in my dataset.
90% of the numbers from both datasets match up very easily. But, there are a few key differences between both spreadsheets and I need someone who can figure out how to merge the values appropriately (and double check that they are aligned).
For now, I just need to know how to perform this matching for one state. I may need all 50 states in the near future
