RESCHEDULER WANTED URGENTLY - oDesk

This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.



Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Greet Visitors

* Answer multi-line phone, direct calls and answer general inquiries

* Perform general clerical functions including heavy filing

* Must be able to maintain the highlest level of confidentiality



Requirements/Experience:

* Prior Administrative experience preferred

* Proficiency in the use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

* Must have excellent organizational skills

* Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

* Must be able to work in a team environment
