I'm a real estate investor in the continental United States.
I'm looking for a virtual assistant that speaks Excellent Fluent English to do the following:
- Call New leads via phone (skype) that I give you and ask questions using a Script I provide to gather info on their property and see if they would be someone I can work with.
- Follow up leads via phone (skype) or email to obtain additional information about the property the client wishes to sell.
- Listen to phone messages of incoming leads and return calls.
- Research the property on several websites (I will provide the addresses later) and gather info
- Input info into a Podio CRM
- You must be able to follow specific instructions and work your way through the script and at the same time try to be friendly and build rapport.
- You must be able to work during US Eastern Standard Time Zone Hours somewhere between 7:00 am and 8:00pm. For instance one day may be 7am- 10am and another day may be 11am-8pm.
All candidates must have the following
* VERY fluent in Speaking and writing english
* Knowledge of excel, gmail, google docs, and general ability to use windows based software
Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.
I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures.
Experience with any of the following companies is a Plus- AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Fios, Bank of America credit card dept, Capital One, Chase. Must have headset. Please write the word "Headset" in you response so I know your read this completely.
We are a growing Real Estate Company and looking for skilled long term talent to add to our team. Bonuses will be paid for exceptional phone skills and rapport building and any deal we close. Full time will be available.
Please send a voice recording with your application reading the following paragraph, "Hi I'm calling about your house for sale, did I catch you at a good time? By boss is real estate investor and he's looking to buy a few investment properties this month so I'm just calling to get some information on the property to see if its one he'd be interested in. How many square feet is it and how many bedrooms and bathrooms is it? How long have you been trying to sell? and whats the best way to send you an offer, email, fax or mail?"
Please also tell me why I should hire you and if you have any experience and knowledge of real estate and comps.
