I'm an entrepreneur in California and am feeling overwhelmed by all the tasks I need to accomplish.
I need a better productivity management system.
The system that has worked best for me is to keep a comprehensive, organized list of all the large and small tasks I need to accomplish and then assigning those to specific time blocks on my calendar. But the task-management program I use (Asana) doesn't integrate well with my calendar (Google calendar).
The main thing you will do is monitor my task list in Asana and transfer my tasks onto specific blocks of open time on my calendar.
We'll have to talk about about this will literally work. We will probably need to talk on the phone (or Skype) at a lot at first so you can get to know me and my habits and can increasingly be able to figure out the right time to schedule things on your own. But maybe we can work out some kind of standardized system.
So basically I need someone reliable and with good enough English skills that we can have frequent, short conversations about scheduling.
It would be great if you have some familiarity with Asana and with managing a calendar.
This is a diligence job so I will ignore any applicants that don't answer the screening questions or who have typos or grammar errors in their response.
Also I spend time in California and New York so ideally you'll be available in the 10-12am and 11pm-2am time ranges during my local time so we can talk at the beginning and end of days.
