Virtual Assistant Needed - oDesk

Job scope of the VA required are as follows



Typical work activities:



A: Arranging travel and accommodations



B: Organize and maintain calendars. Setup client appointments.



C: Research documents for clients, and complete basic internet research.



D: Prepare meeting agendas, online marketing, and social media posting



E: For the first three months, VA will only work 5 to 10 hours a week depending on availability of clients. After each VA has been evaluated, we will increase there hours and move on to more projects.



F: Working hours will vary, but we will be flexible. Majority of the task can be done at anytime on selected days.



Additional Skills required:-



- Able to communicate and write in English

- Communication via email, and phone will be required.

- Ability to use Google Calendar will be useful.

- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
