Online CV storing app - oDesk

I am looking for a skilled coder that I can work with on an ongoing bias for a number of different projects. But before I start this I would like to run a short test project to find someone who is skilled, quick learner and has good communication skills. When I find someone my hope is to be able to give a near full time work on multiple projects. The things I would like this person to do are:



* Do website development

* Build/Edit multiple websites

* Look after the server

* Research and help with Ad Hoc projects.



So the skills needed would be, PHP, JS, wordpress, databases server admin (linux I believe), have good communication skills. Also we use Google App engine.



Now to start with the I would like to hire a few coders to do a short programme so I can test you out. The project is as follow:



- Build a on-line tool which scrapes indeed for new CV



This would be a simple system that would run a search against indeed website and look for new CV, then it would check that we didn't have them in database and log them. Please see the attached spec.
