Proposed compensation : 20 $ / hour

Estimated workload : 20 hours / month

Interviews starting August 11th 2014



Daily tasks

⦁ Reply to customer's e-mails and phone support requests, share screen with customers and help them manage their events

⦁ Call back leads generated by sales

⦁ Report bugs to technical team



Weekly tasks

⦁ Turn good customer questions into Wordpress FAQ articles & Translate

⦁ Submit bug reports and improvement possibilities

⦁ (optional) Design output documents with Jasper Reports, according to customer orders

⦁ Weekly online meeting with Switzerland office



Monthly tasks

⦁ Fine-tune and improve communication and customer acquisition processes in collaboration with marketing

⦁ Document your own workflows

⦁ Monthly online meeting with Switzerland office
