I have a two-row menu at the top of my website that is currently a series of images with links. I would like to have this converted into proper HTML while retaining the design and current functionality.
This is for a wordpress site and I need someone who can implement the HTML with proper CSS formatting for a responsive design.
Furthermore, I would like there to be a mobile version of the menu for my visitors who are access the site on smartphones or devices with small screen sizes.
