Further features required:
Account creation for two types of Accounts (Account A and Account B) using desired language and MySQL. Storing account details on server.
Facilities to upload video (in a number of formats) by Account A owner as well as inclusion of various details re: uploaded video.
Short clips from video will be extracted and made available for all Account B holders to view alongside details.
Account B holders can download all of the uploaded video after agreement with Account A holders.
Account B holders can re-upload Video to return (privately) to Account A holders.
Payment will be processed between Account A via Client to Account B holder.
