Virtual Assistant - oDesk

I need a Virtual Assistant to help us with some data entry.



I need someone who can listen to recorded phone calls and summarise them into an excel sheet.



The voice calls can vary from 30 seconds to 45 mins, but I only need the basic information from the call;



Time of call

Name of caller

Contact number

Advisor spoke to

New/Existing client

Reason for call



I can provide an excel sheet with all the fields required, I just need someone to listen to the calls and fill out the excel sheet (attached).



There is around 10-20 calls per day but we just need these sending over at the end of every week.



YOU MUST UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND BE ABLE TO TRANSLATE TO A HIGH STANDARD. YOU MUST BE RELIABLE.



This is an ongoing project.
