I am looking for a web designer who can code and have experience in the mobile web development industry. I wish to test my concept in the market, therefore, looking to build a basic product, test with the market, and then refine over time.
At this stage, I wish to develop the design of the product first, before proceeding to developing the coding of the mobile web. I have a mockup so you will have a clear idea on what I wish to accomplish.
My concept basically will be an advertising platform (in the form of mobile optimised website for now, app at later stage) for businesses to advertise their products, with features such as:
1. ability to track location of user
2. using that data to display nearby businesses
3. simple, modern and minimalist user interface and experience
4. ability to generate codes when users choose on a product.
5. experience with helping clients test their product in beta mode, etc.
