I am looking to hire 4 people for this week and will potentially keep 2 of those 4 people for the following week (and maybe after) based on the work and results).
If you do this properly and within the time frame I have set, I may have more hours of SEO that needs to be done.
I ONLY WANT PEOPLE WHO CAN DO GOOGLE FRIENDLY SEO. WHITE HAT ONLY!
The site has 4 keywords that requires 15 hours of SEO done by Sunday.
WHITE HAT METHODS ONLY!

1. You must have good English, both written and spoken, as this task would require that. As a native English speaker I will be able to tell fairly quickly if you don't.
2. Do NOT send me a long cover letter. I just want to see what I have asked for below. Any copy and paste/generic cover letters may result in you being reported to oDesk as spam.
3. Send me a minimum list of 3 COMPETITIVE ENGLISH keywords (and their sites) that you have got ranked (preferably in Google UK).
4. Tell me what exactly I will get for the hours of work you will potentially do.
5. No agencies, agency staff or people in full-time employment. Individual freelancers only.
6. The budget is non-negotiable and there will be no upfront payment.
7. Let me know your availability as I'm looking to get this started as soon as possible, providing I find the right person on here.
