Dear creative romance writer,
Please develop 10 plots for a series of contemporary romance novellas. These novellas will have a target lenghth of 10,000 words each.
When developing the plots, please keep in mind:
Each story has to end with a Happy Ever After for the 2 main characters, while sufficiently having positioned one of the supporting characters to become the 1st main character in the next book. This positioning of a supporting character to be done such that readers would really want to read the next book. The next book is to introduce a new 2nd main character and some new supporting characters. Main characters in the previous book have to become supporting characters in the subsequent book, with the purpose of creating some continuing characters throughout the series with which the readers are very familiar and in love with.
The places used in the 10 settings should change sufficiently to introduce new variety and interest whilst keeping it possible for continuing characters to appear from time to time in next stories. The setting should furthermore feature the high-life and its successes and failures, ups and downs. Some examples are wealth, power, beauty, fashion, banking, corporate powerhouse, etc.
Each plot has to consist of:
- detailed setting
- story outline
- detailed character profiles (mix of mainly American and English characters, and perhaps 1 or 2 main characters from continental Europe such as France, Italy or Spain )
- etc
Please keep in mind that the plots should later on enable a writer (such as yourself) to focus one hundred percent on writing the most romantic and beautiful romance novellas by fleshing out the plots rather than having to spend time and energy to figure out the story-line.
