I would like to build a page where people create accounts and wil be able to pay their bills.
In my country we are able to pay bills for almost each provider individually on their web site, but i would like to do a page to centralise all...something like ...they are giving me the bill and i am paying for them....so instead of people paying their bills for themselves i can do that for them. whatever bills they receive just to forward it to me and that's it.
