I want to develop an iPhone App (IEGuide).IE = industrial Engineering
Introduction :
I'm senior industrial engineering student, in my university we have alot of students don't have enough knowledge about IE, so I want to have an iPhone App that shows and explain what is industrial engineering and its branches and the courses taken and what positions may IEs work at in the future.

I want it a creative & inspiring app. I'm expecting to use different tools like Jquery slider to make this app looks creative. I also like to have a short inspiring video when user open the app

I just need to know how we can get this done ?
I don't have deep technical knowledge in term of the UI design and coding and this is my first time I use oDesk.
is there a tool that I could use to show the app's wireframe ?
since you need me to provide you with the all data required ( data About IE), what is the mechanism or the tool that I'm supposed to use to give you the data in a fixable way ?
I don't expect you that you fully understand the scope of this project. as I mentioned I should explain this app in such tool or software that shows the wireframe. Any suggestion ?
