We buy distressed properties, we talk to People ("Prospects") in Foreclosure about buying their Property. To do this we have to Research where these People are today, Verify their Phone Number and Talk to them about making a Deal.



Your Job is Simple, No Selling, that's MY JOB...I just need your help Researching the Phone #"s, Locating the Prospects and Letting them know I'll Be contacting them with Important Information and a Money Offer for them.



Step 1: Research Phone Numbers, Eliminate the Bad #'s.

Step 2: Locate the Good #'s.

Step 3: Set Up Prospects for a call from your boss about buying their property, let them know it's important and your boss has money for them.



That's it, we provide a Script for Voice Mails and Contacts.Must work during high contact times, 5-9PM West Coast USA, 7-11AM West Coast USA, Saturdays and Sunday's 9AM to 1PM & 4 to 9PM. Must provide written daily reports on results.
