Customer Service - oDesk

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, full-charge part-time Customer Service to work 8 to 12 hours a week on-site in our office in Oakland (ideally, 2-3 days a week, 3-4 hours a day) for the first 1-2 months, and then eventually have the flexibility to increase to 15 to 30 hours a week as the business and responsibilities of this position grow, and depending on the time of the year--on some weeks it will be 15 and other weeks it would be 30 hours. In the long-term, we do estimate an average workload of 20-25 hours a week.
