3. Depend on the country region home page should change (content and adds).
4. Google maps integration should be there, to detect automatically place, state and county etc.
5. Google coding and should calculate automatically distance and should display when users enter from and to places.
6. PHP chat should be integrated many to many users
7. We need unlimited menus,unlimited categories, subcategories, and fields for all categories and sub categories. And admin should have control on those fields and label and etc.
8. When user posts adds there should be time delay and admin can modify and display
9. There should be contact form for sellers to contact buyers
10. There should be booking form when sellers wish to buy or select anything from sellers adds Eg : seller post 6 available If buyer book one in that buyer and admin should get notify by sms and email and automatically should update availability by decreasing one.
11. Registered members have option to edit their account and can update their picture and also they need to upload identification document
12. Expired adds should not be displayed in website should delete
13. Different currency should available based on country region currency should change.
14. Registered users can get rating and comments from other registered users and by admin as well.
15. Sms gate way need to integrate can send sms to anywhere based on country location.
16. Seo optimization
17. Admin should have access for all front end data can edit delete update adds or user profiles. Colors and sizes images.
18. Google adsense friendly
We need website in 10-15 days

Initially I will create 50% milestone and after 50 % work done I will create another milestone 50% and both will be released once I receive complete code and after testing..
