I have an existing website recently done in Wordpress with Woo Commerce. It's in the finishing stages and we just need to get the Woo Commerce part polished up. Basically, the cart is not adding up the Shipping Rates which is weight-based (I believe a plugin needs to be installed for that). Also the sales tax doesn't seem to be adding the right tax rate. Let me know if you're interested and are available to take a look at these.
