Remote Receptionist - oDesk

We need to someone to help us with the following

1. Answer customer's call

2. Assign the call to the appropriate department (Support, Sales etc)

3. Follow up with the customer on whether their issues are resolve and gather their satisfaction

4. Perform data entry into CRM system

5. Email customers if needed.



Requirements

1. Strong internet connection as you are using VOIP phone through internet

2. Pleasant voice and friendly demeanor

3. Attention to details and passionate in working with customers

4. Ability in Chinese language is prefered but not a must
