We want to give our users the option to chat with each other.
For this we need a private chatroom (between only two users) based on PHP Websockets
The chatroom will be loaded with AJAX dynamically. To identify the users we need to use their user ID's, given in the database.
Your job will be:
- Developing a server-script, which can write to a socket, that is associated to the other user ID and listen from that user ID.
- Developing a chatroom in jQuery (no special design is needed. It will be done by our designers) which can handle the data. The chatroom have to be loaded with AJAX dynamically
It is very important, that the server-script has excellent performance. The chat will be used by a very huge number of users.
Please tell me your best offer and the time you will need to complete the project.
